I believe that wellness isn’t a destination, it’s a relationship. As a Wellness Coach, Yoga Educator, and Writer, I help people navigate the noise of modern life by returning to the wisdom of their own bodies. With a background in Sociology from Boston University and over a decade of experience in the wellness space, my work is rooted in the belief that when we regulate our nervous systems and quiet our minds, we unlock our innate capacity for healing.

My Story: Healing from the Inside Out
My path to this work was born from necessity. For years, I struggled with debilitating chronic gut issues and the weight of emotional burnout. I felt disconnected from my body and exhausted by modern and medical approaches that only seemed to scratch the surface. It was through this struggle that I turned to yoga, not just as a form of exercise, but as a profound medicine.

Through consistent practice, mindful lifestyle shifts, and deep inner listening, I began to see a shift. By focusing on the gut-brain connection and learning how to soothe my nervous system, I was able to heal my own digestive imbalances. This transformation became the foundation for everything I teach today. I know what it feels like to be out of balance, and I know the way back.

Today, I use the tools that saved my own health to help others find their own path to ease. Whether I am writing for wellness publications, leading mindfulness workshops, or coaching 1-on-1, I bridge the gap between meditation, somatic movement, and neuroscience-backed techniques. I help my clients move from a state of "fight or flight" into a space of clarity, digestive health, and sustainable vitality.
